Week 04 Lab

This lab will be from Guide to Networking Essentials, Chapter 2. NOT FROM NETLABS.

• Part 1: download and install wireshark 

• If you haven't done so already watch the wireshark demo video. 

• You will need this program to do the Hands on Project and Challenge Lab.  
• The link is https://www.wireshark.org/#download

• Part 2: Hands on Project 2-6 (starts on page 82), 

• Take a screen shot of your wireshark window after you do the trace route. After step 4 before step 5 when you close the window. 
• Attach it as a image file in the email you send to me. 

• Part 3: Challenge lab 2-2 (starts on page 90),

• Take a screen shot of your wireshark after you capture packets. Attach it as a image file in the email you send me.

• Answer the 3 questions in the bullet points and email them to me.
