Net Lab Tips

Dear Students

Please take the time to prep for the netlabs. Before you actually start the labs please download and read through the Lab Guide. This is on the screen where you select which lab you want to do. click on the PDF image to download it.  I would even suggest printing it off so that you can follow along while doing the lab. Switching between the screens will get very confusing.

Read through the whole guide before starting.  The lab guide will tell you ...

• which computers you need to use, 
• the user IDs,
•  the passwords, 
• the IP addresses etc. 

The lab guides also has lots of important steps which are listed in order. So be careful. Again, I would suggest printing it off so that you can check the steps you have done with a pencil.
